Terms & Conditions

Welcome to rcomnj.org (the “Site”), operated by Rahma Center of Montgomery Inc. (“RCOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation (e.g., hacking, scraping, introducing malware);

  • post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content;

  • use the Site in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We may suspend or block access to the Site at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

2) Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and other materials) are owned by or licensed to RCOM and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission.

3) User Submissions

If the Site allows you to submit content (such as contact forms, event RSVPs, or uploads), you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit the content; and

  • your submission does not violate any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).

By submitting content, you grant RCOM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute the submission as needed to operate and promote our programs and services, unless you request otherwise in writing and we agree.

4) Donations, Payments, and Event Registrations

If you make a donation or purchase/registration through the Site, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Donations and payments may be processed by third-party providers (including providers integrated with Wix). Refunds, if any, will follow the applicable event/registration or donation policy shown at checkout or communicated by RCOM.

5) Third-Party Services and Links (Including Wix)

The Site is hosted on Wix.com, and certain functions may be provided by Wix or other third-party services (e.g., forms, scheduling, payments, analytics, embedded video/maps). Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their separate terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

6) Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee the Site will always be secure, error-free, or available without interruption.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCOM and its directors, officers, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

8) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCOM from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
